Chips, popcorn, granola, trail mix and nuts all fill by weight, and each settles in the bag differently, so one machine has to hold count and headspace across products that behave nothing alike. Our Mars Series VFFS packaging machines form, fill and seal from rollstock with servo-driven controls, smart film tracking and touchscreen operation. The MarsCompak handles 50 packs per minute at a 7 inch film width on the Model 180, or 9.5 inches on the Model 250, and the MarsRapid takes snack food packaging automation to 180 packs per minute on continuous lines.


Snacks, sauces, dry goods, produce and ready-to-eat meals each need a different pouch, and switching between them is where most lines lose their day. Our premade pouch filling machines pick, open, fill and seal a ready-made bag, with servo-driven format changes instead of hand cranking. The RotoBagger runs to 55 bags per minute and the RotoDuplex to 90, while the EcoBagger Pro sits at 30 and the Mini at 20. Fill accuracy and seal integrity stay consistent across wet, dry and free-flowing product, which is what food packaging machinery has to prove before food safety documentation will stand up.


Fresh herbs bruise, burritos and wraps arrive soft and irregular, and crackers snap if the infeed hurries them, so one flow wrapping machine has to be gentle in three different ways. Our Pack Series feeds, wraps and seals with smart motion control, hygienic construction and film settings that keep waste low. The Pack 400 runs 60 packages per minute single-up or 90 two-up, the Pack500i handles 100 and 180 the same way, and the Pack 1000 HS reaches 350 for high-volume snack lines. Product up to 15.7 inches wide clears the infeed, which covers burrito-size wraps.


Bulk poultry, fish, vegetables and fruit ship in lined cases, and the liner is what protects the product once the box leaves your dock. Our ComboPack and bag-in-box systems handle the box, the liner and the fill as one automated sequence, running to 10 cases per minute with a 10 micron liner. Automated box handling, controlled fill weights and a robust seal keep bulk food packaging consistent whether the product runs fresh or frozen. Contamination risk drops because the operator is not opening, holding and closing liners by hand on every case.

Transforming Co-Packing with Innovation
Liquids such as alcohol and wine, pop and juice, sauces and condiments, and non-alcoholic drinks call for filling equipment built around viscosity, since a thin juice and a thick sauce do not run through the same filler head at the same speed. Non-perishables like canned soup, packaged mixtures, tea bags, and rice or grains are dry fills where weight accuracy and a tight seal matter more than viscosity.
Meat and poultry items, including jerky, meat sticks, processed meats, and sausage bites, tend to be sticky or oily, which changes what a flow wrapper needs to handle cleanly without jamming. Produce is the most delicate category on this list. Fruit and vegetable trays, ready-to-eat produce and dip packs, fresh herbs, and smoothie kits need gentle infeed and a tray or thermoform seal that holds without bruising the product inside.
Once your machine is built, we run your product through it on our floor and confirm the settings before anything ships to your plant.
