We have solutions for low-production to high-speed bagging machines. Our premade pouch machines can open, fill and seal a wide range of zipper and non-zipper bags and pillows (3-side or 4-side seal) or stand-up pouches (SUP, SURP, DOY).
All can be integrated with our Linear Net Weigher, Multihead Weigher for dry products, Servo Auger for powders, and Filling systems for liquids.
Low Production Pre-made Pouch Packaging Machine
Our new Neptune EcoBagger has speeds up to 20 cycles per minute (1200 per hour). This bagger can carry up to 13.7” wide bags. It’s compact, fully servo, and easy to use—optional automatic servo bag width change. It maintains the build quality of larger machines!
In addition, it can be equipped with a horizontal bag magazine for easy pouch loading, an automatic zipper opening device, gas flush, a bag shaker at the fill station for product leveling, and an inkjet printer for lot code and best-before-date printing.

Mid-Level Production ROTARY Premade Pouch-Filling Machines
Our ROTOBAGGER™ Premade Pouch Machine is ideal for mid-level speeds and high production in 24/7 environments. This machine is capable of packaging between 30-60 bags per minute. It is easy to use and comes equipped with a horizontal bag magazine for easy pouch loading, automatic servo changeover for different bag widths as well as optional automatic zipper opening device, gas flush, bag shaker at the fill station for product leveling, and inkjet printer for lot code and best before date printing.

Neptune Duplex (up to 240mm/9.45″ wide bags) for high speed and wide pouches
It is ideal for high speed, wide pouch applications, and high production 24/7 environments. It can package 70-100 bags per minute with up to 240mm/9.45″ wide bags.
The machine is easy to use and comes equipped with a horizontal bag magazine for easy pouch loading and an optional automatic zipper opening device, gas flush, bag shaker at the fill station for product leveling, and inkjet printer for lot code and best-before-date printing.
Neptune — Fully Automatic Premade Pouch Packaging Machine
Neptune Series is designed for automatically opening, filling, and sealing pre-made pouches, which can operate on a variety of bag styles, including 3 or 4-sealed pillow pouches, stand-up bags, gusseted pouches and quad-sealed, box pouch bags with zipper or without.
We offer speeds from 30-120 bags per minute with our Simplex, Duplex, and Triplex Packaging Machines with capability up to 350mm (13.7”) wide bags.
